First post...

hai! So I guess this is my first blog post, pretty cool right? yeah...
anyway, my name is Lauren! I'm really not expecting anyone to read this, I'm just writing this to talk about my life and all that crap. PLUS, this is better than a journal because my mom just loves to go in my diaries/journals! It sucks.
No, I'm not saying this is some private thing that I am trying to keep a secret. Rather, I want people to find this and read it! But, I would never in a million years expect my mom to read this. My brain might explode if that happened. Mostly cause she can barely turn on a computer, much less find her daughter's blog. XD
Hmmm... so. I guess I'll post some random facts!
Best friend: i have 5!! (and these are in no particular order): Kennedie, Jordan, Sarah Elizabeth, Emily, Ambar. The only thing is Sarah E. never answers her phone and since school is out I NEEEEVER talk to her! But I get to see the other girls :)
And.. yes, of course I have other friends, but it would just be kinda stupid to list every single friend I have. it would sound snooty or something XD
Yesterday, I went to my friend Amalia's birthday party, and we went to see the movie Grown Ups! Later that night, we also watch "The house on sorority row"! It this really creepy horror movie from the '80s... it was kinda corny but still really good! And then we watched Orphan at 4:30 in the morning. ZZZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzZZZZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz! Basically, we all stayed up so late that we saw sunlight! Heck ya, XD! I'm probably gonna sleep like a baby tonight because of my all-nighter last night, but it was fo'sho worth it. I really want to do it again, actually...
Well, anyway, about that movie Grown Up's... it's seriously funny! I'll admit the Hangover was funnier, but I still loved it! I'd recommend Grown Up's for someone who wants a slightly tamer but still insanely funny movie. :)
And,, of course, Orphan just kicks butt. It's from a few years ago, or something like that, but it is GOOD WITH A CAPITAL G!
So, here I am today, the party is over and I'm ready to fall asleep at any minute, I really just decided to start this blog because, quite frankly, typing is fun! Writing about my life is fun! Maybe one day this will actually have some viewers, I really wouldn't mind either way though, and all my typing will be worth something. But, if no one comes, it will still be something fun for me to look back on! XD

yeah, I know it's horrible... but I did it when I was feeling all sad and uncreative. And, of course, I havent edited it AT ALL. Geez. XD
It's basically about having all these chances to be something, but ignoring them because I almost want to just feel upset. ..."I can hear the music/Yet I choose not to sing"... It's saying I know its there, but I ignore it; push it away.

My favorite song is most defiantly anything by Paramore. And my favorite songs by Paramore are "Brighter", "When it rains", and "Careful." I have all their CD's :3
